By accessing and using BMI Health Metrics (the “Site”) and our BMI Calculator, BMR calculator, TDEE calculator and related tools, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the tools

Our tools estimate BMI from height and weight, display the BMI chart and BMI ranges, and estimate ideal weight, BMR, TDEE, calorie needs, macro targets, fiber guidance and daily water intake. Metric, imperial and dual-unit modes are supported. All outputs are estimates to help you plan — they are not medically exact and do not measure body fat directly.

2. Not medical advice

This Site provides information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not make medical decisions solely on these estimates. For personal guidance — especially if you are underweight, living with obesity, pregnant, or managing a health condition — talk to a qualified clinician. BMI interpretation for children and teenagers differs from adult ranges and requires age- and sex-specific charts.

3. Your responsibilities

• Enter information accurately and use ranges as general guidance.
• Do not rely on calorie or macro targets as exact prescriptions — adjust for activity, health and goals.
• Do not use the tools to promote unsafe weight loss or gain.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text and calculators are owned by BMI Health Metrics. You may use the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy or scrape the Site at scale without permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will be error-free or that the Site will be uninterrupted. Calculations use standard formulas (e.g., Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR) but individual needs vary.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its estimates.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Calculator inputs stay in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to a server.
